Project Manager for a Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning environment.

About the Role:
As a Project Manager at Cleantec, you will be responsible for managing large-scale cleaning projects, including stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning. You will lead a team of skilled cleaning professionals, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and take ownership of your projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cleaning projects including floor care (stripping/waxing), carpet cleaning, and window cleaning, ensuring they meet Cleantec's high-quality standards.
- Manage and supervise cleaning teams , providing training, support, and motivation to ensure top-notch performance.
- Develop and manage project schedules , ensuring timely completion and staying within the specified budget.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing project updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Occasional travel required for overnight project oversight and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenditures, and team performance.
Salary : $62,355 annually

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and has experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in janitorial or facility maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff.
- Availability to travel overnight for client meetings and project oversight. < 20%
