About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Director Americas to launch and build our business across the US and broader Americas market from zero to one.
In this role, you will be our first senior commercial and client leader in the Americas. You will be responsible for opening the market, building trusted relationships with senior executives, winning flagship customers, and creating the commercial foundations for scale. You need to be someone who can think strategically, sell credibly, operate independently, and move fast without waiting for perfect structure.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a true builder. We need someone who can hit the ground running , open doors, close deals, make smart calls, and turn ambition into execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and build our business across the Americas, starting with the US.
- Own regional growth, revenue, and market development.
- Build senior relationships with target accounts across G2000 banks and insurers .
- Originate, shape, and close high-value transformation opportunities.
- Act as the senior client lead for strategic accounts.
- Develop account strategies for priority banking and insurance customers.
- Translate customer transformation priorities into commercial opportunities.
- Work closely with Transformation & Program Directors to structure strategic client engagements.
- Build partnerships and ecosystem relationships where relevant.
- Represent the company externally with clients, partners, and senior industry stakeholders.
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on the Americas expansion strategy.
- Hire and build the Americas client leadership team over time.
About You
- Experience in Big 4 consulting, advisory, strategy consulting, or financial services transformation.
- A strong existing network across G2000 banks and/or insurers in the Americas.
- Experience in or strong exposure to the agentic automation space.
- Proven experience originating, shaping, or selling large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying decisions.
- Commercial ownership mindset and comfort carrying a revenue target.
- Ability to build trust, open doors, and create demand in strategic accounts.
- Experience working with or around AI, automation, digital operations, operating model change, or enterprise technology.
- Ability to operate independently in a new market with limited existing structure.
