- Assist with unloading, staging, and organizing roofing materials and equipment.
- Prepare work areas by setting up necessary tools and equipment for roofing tasks.
- Collaborate with crew members to execute roofing installations and related tasks.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions promptly.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to established safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Participate in company safety training events as assigned.
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Assist with manual labor tasks as required by project needs.
- Support project documentation and report progress to supervisors as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to contribute to overall project success.
Basic knowledge of roofing materials and techniques is preferred. Skills and Abilities: Ensure prompt attendance for all scheduled shifts, arriving fully equipped with the required personal tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Capable of performing physical tasks in an outdoor environment under varying weather conditions.
