Duties Description The Parks and Recreation Aide 2 - Front Office Assistant will assist the Regional Business Officer in the Regional Office and will assist with their busy regional reception office with a variety of assignments. Duties include but are not limited to:- Performs routine office tasks such as: o Answer phones, welcome guests and accepts deliveries - Provides patrons with information regarding park facilities and use.- Monitors and oversees the mailroom o Responsible for ordering toner, and office supplies.- Performs tasks such as filing, alphabetizing, copying, keyboarding, answering telephones, and other related tasks using standard office equipment.- Tracking and distributing financial stationery- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications No minimum qualification per Civil Service.
