About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the not-so-secret sauce that keeps our COO organized and efficient. You’ll be the right hand to Varun Anand and will be managing everything from scheduling meetings that matter to organizing amazing events. Think of yourself as the conductor of the orchestra—ensuring every note is hit on time!

Impact You'll Have

• Manage an ever-changing calendar (both at work and personal) with finesse, prioritizing appointments and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and promptly.

• Arrange travel logistics like a pro—flights, hotels, and all little details that make a trip enjoyable.

• Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment along with our office manager.

• From managing personal appointments and picking up dry cleaning to organizing birthday surprises, you’ll handle all those random personal tasks that keep life running smoothly for Varun.
