Hybrid Corporate M&A Attorney – New York, NY
Location: New York (hybrid)
Our client, a well-established, AM Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Attorney to join its growing New York corporate practice. This role is well-suited for an attorney who enjoys working closely with businesses as a trusted advisor while supporting a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work.
The position offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and entrepreneurial platform serving sophisticated, growth-oriented clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Approximately 5+ years of corporate transactional experience, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions.
Expertise: Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements; advising on corporate governance matters; assisting with entity formation and structuring; and supporting M&A transactions.
Client-Focused: Comfortable working directly with clients and acting as a day-to-day legal advisor to owner-managed and growth-oriented businesses.
Licensure: Admission to the New York Bar is required.
Work Style: Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-office presence in New York.
