About The Position

Shift: 7PM-7AM

Duration: 13 WEEKS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION

Medical surgical telemetry nurses responsibilities include:

  Monitoring and Interpreting Telemetry Data : Continuously track and interpret patients' heart rhythms and other vital signs.

  Patient Assessment and Care Planning : Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.

  Administering Medication : Ensure accurate administration of medications, particularly those related to cardiac care.

  Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.

  
  
  
• 
  
  

  Emergency Response : Act swiftly in response to any changes in patients' conditions, including initiating life-saving measures.

Job Requirements
Requirements:

• 
  
• An Associate Degree from an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred;
  
• Current New York RN licensure;
  
• Previous RN experience;
  
• Current BLS-AHA Certification.
