  • Identify emerging business opportunities, whitespace categories, and market-share expansion initiatives.
Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from initial opportunity development through order execution and ongoing account stewardship.
  • Partner with customers to develop programs that balance profitability, value, and speed-to-market expectations.
  • Negotiate pricing structures and business terms that support both customer objectives and company margin goals.
Market Intelligence & Product Collaboration
  • Serve as the voice of the market, providing insights related to competitive activity, consumer trends, pricing strategies, and category shifts.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams to influence product direction and account-specific assortments.
  • Translate customer feedback and retail trends into actionable product recommendations.
  • Support the development of commercially viable product that meets retailer expectations for quality, value, and margin.
Relationship Management
  • Establish trusted partnerships through exceptional service, responsiveness, and industry expertise.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding product opportunities, market developments, and business performance.
  • Represent the company at market appointments, customer meetings, and industry events as required.

Professional Strengths
  • Deep understanding of off-price merchandising, retail planning, pricing strategies, and product development timelines.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align internal resources behind customer initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a highly organized and results-oriented approach.
  • Comfort operating within a fast-paced environment where flexibility and responsiveness are critical.
