Attorney-Law Clerk / First Year Associate

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice. Goldberg Segalla seeks for a responsible individual to provide support to our Employment & Labor attorneys. Work includes, but is not limited to, drafting of pleadings and discovery, obtaining case and court docket information, legal research and caselaw. Applicants will have either earned a J.D or, or are currently working towards one. This is a part time position. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and good communication skills. Candidates must be local to the Buffalo area.

Ideal candidates will be upcoming 2026 or 2027 law school graduates, sitting for the bar in July of 2026 or 2027, or those ending a clerkship in August 2026 or 2027.

The annualized salary for an admitted attorney for this position is $75,000-$100,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
