Food Runner
Buddakan , the iconic NYC dining destination in the heart of the Meatpacking District, is seeking passionate Food Runners to join our service team during an exciting new era — a creative collaboration with Chef Danny Bowien, the visionary behind Mission Chinese.
Join us in hosting a surreal dining experience where the serenity of Asia meets the flamboyance of 16th-century Paris. Ornate chandeliers, gilded details, and otherworldly art set the stage for an immersive culinary journey. This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- An Hourly Rate of $11.35 plus tips

Qualifications:
- A true passion for Food Running-- helping to create an environment where people not only have fun but feel relaxed, welcome, and connected
- A genuine nature; able to comfortably engage in a natural dialogue with guests and colleagues
- The ability to speak clearly and articulately dishes, providing information and answering questions, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calmness to guests
- A minimum 2 year of Food Running experience in a busy restaurant
- The ability to work evenings and weekends is required
