Lead Business Analyst
Your impact
- Develops, writes, and edits material for reports; various technical and administrative reports; analyzes trends and works with management within program.
- Reviews work processes, data and make recommendations for improvements with a proven ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences.
- Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval
- Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data
- Reviews published reports, materials and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or content
- Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools
- Reviews team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
- Facilitates project meetings and produce/distribute meeting documents
Here's what you'll need
- 7+ years’ experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products
- Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
- Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting, accounting concepts, and auditing and reconciling multiple invoices and multiple budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

The base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 to $228,551.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
