Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health
- Provide direct patient care in home settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess patients' health status and plan appropriate care
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
- Document patient care and progress accurately
Requirements of the RN - Home Health
- Current NY RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health
