Senior Corporate Attorney
Responsibilities Include:
Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.- Drafting, reviewing, and revising transactional documents, such as stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition agreements, employment agreements, NDAs, limited liability company agreements, stockholders agreements, and other corporate governance documents.
- Coordinating with colleagues, clients and opposing counsel on transactions to ensure deadlines are met.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and relationship skills, candidate will be expected to have regular contact with clients and opposing counsel. xrczosw
- Positive attitude, team player, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking and expanding their skill set.
Billable Hour Requirement: 1,600 hours
Compensation: Base salary range $250,000 – $350,000 per year
Business Development Budget: $2,500 per year
