Job Description:
Lead direct-to-consumer ticket sales and relationship management across multiple entertainment brands, with the opportunity to build and scale a new sales function.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Own and execute 1:1 direct sales across group tickets, VIP experiences, and event bundles
-
Prospect and engage customers using CRM, email, text, and social media DMs
-
Manage a pipeline and track sales activity and outcomes
-
Be onsite at events to liaise with customers and close sales

Build systems, workflows, and playbooks for a scalable sales process
-
Collaborate with marketing, ops, and leadership to align offers and performance
-
Contribute lightly to social media content around special offerings
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
5 years in ticket sales, group sales, or direct sales
-
Experience in sports, nightlife, hospitality, or live events
-
Proven ability to own a revenue quota

Strong CRM and pipeline management experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Independent and self-starting with a builder's mindset
-
Willing to travel and attend events (nights/weekends as needed)

Existing book of business

Experience with Mailchimp, Airtable, or creating custom CRM systems
