Sophie Bille Brahe Inc is recruiting a highly motivated Client Advisor for an hourly plus commission based position to join our Private Sales team. We are seeking a brand ambassador in our boutique on Madison Avenue, New York City. You will join a dynamic and international company, striving to continue our growth whilst providing excellent luxury service to our clients around the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive private clients in our boutique and offer them a unique and specialized experience.

Provide an exceptional customer experience across all touch points.

Develop strong customer relationships and offer a dedicated and curated service.

Maintain and ensure that the showroom boutique is always ready for clients.

Ad hoc assistance for private sales and wholesale team.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

Availability to work weekends.

Excellent written communication skills including grammar and spelling in English.

Extremely service-minded and detail oriented with a focus on following through.

Experience within sales, preferably in fine jewellery or luxury.

Ability to prioritize workload and keep focus.

Solution oriented, committed & structured.

A flexible team player ready to help where and when needed.
