Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry/PCU/step-down care with dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Care for post-operative surgical, trauma, ortho, and medical telemetry patients; monitor MS Tele and MS-tele, surgical pre/post, and overflow medical cases
- Administer IV therapy, blood products, and wound care; manage heparin/insulin protocols and related titration
- Support airway management including HFNC, CPAP/BiPAP, non-invasive ventilation, and tracheostomy care as needed
- Perform charting in EPIC; utilize Pyxis for med dispensing; practice SBAR communication and maintain patient safety
- May float to sister units (West 2, West 3, Observation) as needed to meet unit staffing and acuity

Requirements
- Active New York RN license in hand
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience; PCU/IMC experience within the last 3 years
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to work in a telemetry/PCU environment; willingness to float to related units as needed
