Job Description

The Head of Production Control / Mission Control Pipeline will own the stability and resilience of the firms' mission-critical systems, ensuring seamless execution of production workflows across trading, risk, and analytics platforms. This leader will design, implement, and govern operational frameworks that safeguard the firm's technology ecosystem while enabling rapid innovation.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years in production control, mission-critical operations, or infrastructure management within top-tier financial institutions or large-scale enterprises.

• Proven track record of leading global teams in high-pressure environments with 24/7 operational coverage

• Expertise in Major Incident Management (MIM) and root cause analysis for complex systems.

• Ability to design and enforce operational playbooks, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies - ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification (preferred).

• Additional certifications in cloud architecture or DevOps are a plus.
