About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza Hotels in NYC  as a Administration Assistant . In this role, you will be integral in organizing documents and requirements (signatures, approvals and

meetings) to get permits, licenses, and logistics process for import merchandise,

reviewing financial information at Oracle accounting system to have a cost control

of construction projects.

What You’ll Do

*Logistics – Movement of containers (import merchandise).

*Purchasing of Materials.

*Review Statements of Accounts of suppliers.

*Communication with new suppliers to set up their information in our account

system.
