Die Cutting and Stamping Division Manager
A global packaging industry leader in the Rochester, NY area is currently seeking an experienced Division Manager for their Die Cutting and Stamping Division. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. Must understand and be able to apply root cause analysis and problem solving, implement training programs for employees, act as a liaison between departments, provide technical support to Customer Service and Clients, create staffing and scheduling plans, have a good understanding of project management and lean manufacturing principles, produce cost reports, and be able to interact with employees in a positive manner to ensure open communication. A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of direct industry management experience is preferred. This is a salaried position paying between $77,000 and $128,000 depending on experience with the expectation of working between 40 and 50 hours weekly. The Company is offering a relocation package and offers exceptional employee benefits, including: medical and dental insurance available on day of hire with the company paying 63-70% of Excellus medical plans (no high deductible), 401k participation after 30 days with company match, vacation and personal time off starting immediately.
