Private Capital Associates participate in live transactions across private equity, venture capital, real estate, private credit, and M&A mandates within the Initio ecosystem. Rather than a static employment role, this pathway integrates professionals directly into platform deal flow.
Responsibilities- Financial modeling & underwriting
- Deal screening & investment memos
- Due diligence coordination
- Capital raise support materials
- Investor reporting assistance
- $75–$250/hour (engagement-based)
- Performance bonuses where applicable
- Track record verification within the platform
- 2–5+ years in IB, PE, VC, REPE, Private Credit, or Corp Dev
- Strong modeling capability
- High attention to detail
- Desire for live deal exposure across asset classes
Fund Managers within Initio Sphere operate investment vehicles while leveraging platform infrastructure for capital formation, investor relations coordination, underwriting support, and LP network access.
Responsibilities- Define fund thesis & mandate
- Lead investment decisions
- Manage portfolio oversight
- Conduct LP communications
- Ensure regulatory alignment
- Management fee participation
- Carried interest (per vehicle terms)
- Platform-aligned revenue share (where applicable)
- 5+ years investment experience
- Track record of transaction execution
- LP relationship base preferred
- Sector specialization advantageous
- Analysts – Financial modelers & underwriters – $75–$250/hr
- Scouts – Deal & talent sourcers – Up to $5K per closed deal
- Mentors – Finance career coaches – $100–$300/hr
- Partners – Referral network members – $500–$2K+ per referral
