Aligned Talent Acquisition's client, an esteemed AmLaw 10 firm, is seeking a motivated associate to join their dynamic Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. This practice offers a unique blend of creditor, debtor, and distressed acquisition work, providing exposure to high-profile and complex matters that shape the industry.

About the Role:

• Creditor Work: Represent top-tier clients such as hedge funds, CLOs, private equity firms, and financial institutions in sophisticated chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, often at the top of the capital structure.
• Debtor Work: Play a key role in high-stakes chapter 11 cases, including cross-border and out-of-court restructurings, collaborating on impactful solutions for clients navigating challenging scenarios.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years' experience at a law firm in Business Restructuring & Reorganization. (AmLaw experience preferred, not required).
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
• Demonstrated experience in restructuring and reorganization matters, with a drive to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
