Job Overview:
An Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to meet business requirements. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders to understand processes, translate business needs into system solutions, and ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and stakeholders to design effective HCM solutions
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management
- Translate functional requirements into system configurations and technical specifications
- Perform system testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and support deployment activities
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
- Support data migration, validation, and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations
- Maintain system documentation including business process flows, configurations, and user guides
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide end-user support and training to HR teams and other stakeholders
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience implementing Oracle Learning Cloud in healthcare or highly regulated environments
- Completed 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including Oracle Learning
- Expertise in configuring learning assignment rules based on Position, Department, and Location, integrated with Core HCM triggers (new hire, transfer, title change)
- Strong knowledge of clinical compliance training (Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, state regulations)
- Experience in certification and license tracking with automated alerts and escalation workflows
- Skilled in designing learning solutions and training frameworks
- Familiar with People Soft Enterprise Learning Management data structures for data migration and reporting
- Experience with Redwood learning implementation is an added advantage
