Clerical Aide
:
There is an immediate opening for Clerical / School Aide in the main office of Durand Eastman Intermediate School.
This is a 10-month position, working Monday - Friday, September 1st to June 30th.
Job responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:
- Acts as a monitor in corridors and other common areas of the building
- Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks such as making copies, distributing mail, operating a multi-lined phone, maintaining employee files, and filing
- Acts as receptionist, greeting children, directing deliveries, and assisting parents with inquiries
