What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who embody the following qualities:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in fine dining or premium casual restaurants

Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for food, beverage, and hospitality

Attention to Detail: Ability to follow systems, standards, and instructions

Tech Skills: Comfortable using OpenTable and Resy

Multitasking: Strong ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with a guest-first mindset

Professionalism: Maintains a positive, polished, and composed demeanor at all times

Teamwork: Willing to collaborate with and support other departments

Energy & Attitude: Brings a fun, upbeat, and motivated presence to each shift

Guest Experience: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional, memorable hospitality
