What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a talented Art Director with a passion for healthcare communications to join our creative team. This role combines strategic thinking with visual storytelling to create compelling healthcare campaigns that resonate with both healthcare professionals and patients while maintaining regulatory compliance. What You'll Do: Create visually compelling designs across multiple channels (print, digital, social) Partner with copywriters to develop innovative creative concepts Transform complex medical information into clear visual communications Lead the visual direction of projects from concept through execution Guide and mentor junior designers on the team Stay current with healthcare marketing trends and design innovations Present creative work to internal teams and clients Who You Are: A visual storyteller who can simplify complex information Strategic thinker with strong conceptual abilities Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills Passionate about healthcare communications and design innovation Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects What You'll Need: Strong portfolio demonstrating healthcare design expertise 3-5 years of art direction experience Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of digital design principles and UX best practices Healthcare/pharma experience preferred Experience with regulatory requirements a plus What We Offer: Passionate, driven people | We champion a culture of people that do extraordinary work.
