Position: LPN
Unit : Clinic/Outpatient
Shift: 5 x 8 hrs, Days
Duration: 4 weeks
Location: Bronx, NY, 10457

Travel Pay Rate : (above 50 miles)
Hourly: $18/hr W2 + $1,050/week ( non - taxable stipend )
Gross: $1,725/weekly

Local Pay Rate: (within 50 miles)
Hourly: $40 (W2)

Job Summary:
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a clinic setting provides direct patient care by assisting with assessments, treatments, and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. They support patient flow, ensure accurate documentation, and help deliver safe and efficient outpatient care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient assessments and routine clinical procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Support physicians during examinations and procedures
• Educate patients on care plans and follow-up instructions
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with clinic operations

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN license of NY .
• BLS required.
• Trauma level 2
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• phlebotomy- preferred (lab has high needs)
