Temporary Project Coordinator

CCS is currently seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to support large-scale deployment projects within our growing healthcare sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in building experience within the IT industry.

In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Rate: $22/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Generate team schedules and coordinate field service activities.
• Create sign-off documentation and project closeout materials.
• Provide project status reporting and updates.
• Maintain and update service databases and asset management systems.
• Create, manage, and close support tickets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Manage inbound support requests and ticket queues.
• Provide coverage and support for team members as needed.
• Assist with daily project operations and administrative tasks.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
