______________ Responsibilities1. Prepare sushi items including rolls, nigiri, sushi-burgers
2. Handle and prepare raw fish safety, ensuring proper storage and freshness
3. Prepare and season sushi rice consistently
4. Set up and maintain the sushi station before and during service
5. Ensure high-quality food presentation and portion control
6. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment ______________ Requirement
1. Previous experience as a Sushi Cook
2. Knowledge of sushi techniques, knife skills, and fish preparation
3. Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude
