Job Overview:
The Onsite Logistics & Asset Lead will be responsible for managing the asset lifecycle and inventory processes. This role involves overseeing equipment intake, data center buildout logistics, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing operations in data centers or similar high-value environments, with a strong focus on inventory and asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the asset lifecycle and inventory processes.
• Oversee equipment intake and ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for data center buildouts.
• Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in setting up operations, particularly in data centers or similar environments.
• Background in data center logistics or high-value environments such as aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong skills in inventory and asset management.
• Ability to work 100% onsite, Monday to Friday, through 2026.

Additional Information:

• Relocation assistance of approximately $10K post-tax may be available (subject to change).
• Openings available in Buffalo: 6 positions.

Pay Range: $100-150K

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
