COMPENSATION $80,000.00 - $85,000.00

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team! This is a full time assignment.

The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, alignment with organizational goals, and adherence to HR best practices. Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, the role supports a positive, productive workplace culture and delivers high-quality employee services.

A key responsibility is managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, reference and background checks, offer preparation, compensation negotiations, onboarding, and talent retention strategies. The role works closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Additionally, the Human Resources Manager monitors recruitment performance metrics, promotes equal employment opportunity practices, supports workforce development and succession planning initiatives, and contributes to organizational growth. The position requires maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to employee and organizational success.

WHAT YOU WILL ROCK

To thrive here, you bring at least three years of prior experience, ideally within a four‑ or five‑star hotel environment, along with the ability to communicate clearly, work transparently, stay patient under pressure, and approach every situation with tact and professionalism.

You serve as a strategic HR leader by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent; ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices; fostering employee engagement and a positive workplace culture; supporting workforce planning and employee development; and delivering exceptional HR service that contributes to organizational growth and success.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• This is a salaried role. Compensation $80,000 - $85,000.00
