Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional care to clients throughout Nassau County , including Glen Cove, Garden City, Freeport, and surrounding areas.

• Personal care assistance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
