SITE SUPERINTENDENT HIGH END RESIDENTIAL

Leader in New York City high-end residential construction is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee and manage complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on quality control and effective team leadership. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Duties

Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Oversee the scheduling and progress of construction activities using tools such as Primavera for project management.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
Implement effective communication strategies to keep all parties informed about project status and updates.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract requirements and industry standards.
Experience

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including contract negotiation and pipeline management.
Familiarity with heavy construction equipment and techniques is preferred.
Proficiency in using software tools such as Primavera for scheduling and Bluebeam for project documentation.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes on all projects.
SALARY: $125-175K
