Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Location: WELLSVILLE, NY, 14895
Salary: $15.0 - $20.0/hour

1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Wellsville, NY. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Develop ongoing networking relationships
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Hourly pay plus Commission
- Paid Time Off (6 personal days and 6 holidays)

- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license
