Flex Spending Program Job Details We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join our Riverhead office. Job Description: * Draft and review real estate contracts, leases, easements, and related agreements.
* Advise clients on real estate transactions, zoning, land use, and compliance matters.
* Negotiate terms of sales, purchases, and leases; conduct closings and manage all related documentation.
* Review title searches, examine property titles, and conduct due diligence.
* Handle land use permit applications and represent clients before Planning and Zoning Boards. Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in New York State.
* 3–10 years of real estate law experience, including transactions, sales, leases, and financing.
* Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
