• Assisting Adults with Developmental Disabilities in a Day Program setting (lifting, feeding and toileting required).
• Responsible for the implementation of individualized services in all day Program areas emphasizing community integration and in-house activities.
• Directs services to people for their physical needs which includes lifting and feeding and changing.
• Provides transportation and outings into the community in Agency vehicles including proper tie-downs of wheelchairs and lift operations (NYS Driver's License required).
• Responsible for documentation and reporting of information regarding attendance, daily logs and transportation information.
