Nesco Resource is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our client in Corning, NY .

This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates—or recent technical school grads—who want to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance while working a steady weekday schedule.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll train alongside experienced maintenance technicians while learning to:

• Repair and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Assist with installations and preventive maintenance

• Support welding, wiring, plumbing, and heating-related tasks

• Help prioritize work orders with supervision

• Participate in TPM / 6S programs

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Communicate with production and maintenance teams

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of industrial or mechanical experience OR technical school / certification

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Exposure to welding or electrical work is a plus

• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment

• Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused

• Able to lift, stand, reach, and move throughout the day

Pay & Schedule:

• $22.00/hour

• Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pm

• Full-time, long-term opportunity
