Public Relations Specialist

Job Duties: * Develop and implement investor relations programs for client companies, including strategy, communication plan, and budget in order to advocate clients in the most positive manner to investors in a global context and build long-term rapport with investors and analysts. * Prepare and distribute press releases and other communication materials to analysts, brokers, and investors. * Administer the quarterly earnings process and preparation, schedule, and external resources. * Administer coordination and presentations of road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings. * Maintain content for the Investor Relations section of websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available to stakeholders. * Develop investor presentations with finance team, communicating and pitching company story and vision to investors. * Perform market, financial, and competitive analysis, and update clients about events affecting individual stocks and specific sectors. * Serve as the point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. * Assist with quarterly and annual reporting, IPO and merger related registration statements and other filings, developing the messaging and positioning and ensuring that key financial information, business highlights, and strategic initiatives are effectively presented to stakeholders. * Develop key performance metrics for the investor relations function. Job Requirements: * Must possess a Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing Communications. * Must have at least 3 months of work experience in the same or a related role. * Experience must include preparing investor and partner presentations, supporting planning and logistics of marketing-related events, and maintaining content on company website.
