Automotive Part-Time Biller / Inventory Specialist

Position Summary

Local Brooklyn dealership is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Biller / Inventory Specialist to support our dealership operations. This role is responsible for processing vehicle billing, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth dealership operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle deals and billing paperwork accurately and timely

• Verify contracts, titles, registrations, and supporting documentation

• Maintain and reconcile new and used vehicle inventory records

• Stock vehicles into inventory systems and ensure pricing accuracy

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting departments regarding deal completion

• Track vehicle trades, dealer swaps, and incoming inventory

• Audit deals for missing documents and compliance requirements

• Assist with posting transactions and administrative reporting

• Maintain organized digital and physical files

• Support management with additional clerical and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dealership billing or automotive administrative experience preferred

• Familiarity with dealer management systems is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
