What You'll Do as a Pediatric PT

• Evaluate Pediatric Patients : Assess gross motor, neuromuscular, and developmental delays to create individualized plans
• Develop Family-Centered Goals : Tailor treatment plans based on each child's age, condition, and environment
• Deliver In-Home Therapy : Provide hands-on physical therapy services in the child's natural home setting
• Coach Families & Caregivers : Offer guidance on positioning, mobility equipment, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate With Care Teams : Work closely with parents, physicians, OTs, SLPs, and case managers
• Document Progress : Keep thorough records of evaluations, treatment interventions, and outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New York State
• Pediatric experience required - early intervention, school-based, or home health preferred
• Excellent communication and family engagement skills
• Reliable transportation and comfort working in home/community settings
• Passion for helping children reach their highest potential
