Primary responsibility of the role will be completing a project to support the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - First Time Proto Success and Customer Satisfaction - of the Customer Engineering organization.Essential Responsibilities include:Understanding the priorities of our customers as they bring new products to the factory. Working collaboratively not only with the Customer Engineering team, but also other relevant internal stakeholders to gather information and gain understanding of customer landscape.Identify areas for improvement in how we proactively address customer concerns.Take ownership of project assigned and show initiative to gather required information and deliver desired outcome.Gain overall understanding of semiconductor manufacturing facility and technology. Other Responsibilities:Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required Qualifications:Education - At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Science, Math, Engineering, Semi-Conductor Manufacturing or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
