Business Development Manager, Agency Partnerships
Job Description
We’re looking for a entrepreneurial Agency Business Development Manager to join our New York team and lead the charge in building strategic partnerships with top-tier digital agencies.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Define and execute the agency partnership model, turning high-level conversations into formalized commercial agreements
Manage the full sales cycle with agencies, ensuring our product is integrated into their client offerings
Demonstrate the value of innovative solutions to agencies looking for high-impact tools to sell
Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing, tokens, and development costs
Build deep-rooted relationships with agencies
This is a hybrid position, and the team is expected to come to the office 3 days per week.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in agency partnerships, business development, or sales within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and how digital agencies operate with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Wix
Ability to sell a vision and a product in its early stages without a rigid playbook
Written and spoken English at a professional level
Background in e-commerce partnerships similar to Amazon or other major retail tech platforms – an advantage
Expected base compensation salary range $ 120,000 - $ 150,000. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
