Client Service Support Representative

We are seeking a Client Service Support Representative to work for a prestigious financial services company located in Brentwood, NY. salary: $27.31 - $27.32 per hourshift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Client facing communications over email and phone calls
- Support clients by acting as as a backup to Relationship Administrators when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary material quantities
- Submit printing requests
- Assist with updating APD/CPD
- Run reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
