Chef Manager

4P's Corporation is seeking an experienced culinary leader to pioneer Back-of-House operations for our first U.S. store. As the Operation Chef, you will elevate kitchen craftsmanship, oversee daily BOH execution, and build a high-performing team — including our in-house Cheese Production team — that brings the 4P's dining experience to life—rooted in our mission: Delivering WOW, Sharing Happiness – Make the World Smile for Peace.

This role blends hands-on culinary excellence, production management, operational leadership, food safety compliance, and deep collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be a key driver in establishing U.S. standards, maintaining our artisanal pizza craftsmanship and house-made cheese program, and ensuring the smooth rollout of menu operations supported by our external R&D chefs.

As Pizza 4P's expands further in the U.S., this role is also intended to grow into a broader culinary leadership position across future locations — making this an opportunity to shape not just one kitchen, but the operating standard for our U.S. growth.

• Lead all BOH culinary operations to maintain exceptional food quality, safety, and consistency
• Oversee pizza production, dough management, cheese preparation, and kitchen workflow
• Directly manage the Kitchen Manager and Pizza Manager, ensuring alignment on standards, quality, and execution across the kitchen
• Directly manage the Cheese Production team — overseeing daily production of house-made mozzarella and burrata, production planning, quality standards, and team development
• Own production management across the kitchen: batch planning, yield and waste tracking, and scaling production processes as volume grows
• Build and coach a high-performing BOH team through training, skills assessments, and daily leadership
• Ensure full compliance with U.S. food safety standards (including ServSafe) and local health codes
• Manage ordering, inventory, supplier relationships, and store-level supply coordination—acting as an operational extension of the SCM function
• Maintain food cost targets through waste control, portioning accuracy, and operational discipline
• Partner with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service and operational readiness
• Support menu rollouts, provide R&D feedback, and collaborate with external R&D chefs/consultants—focusing on execution and adaptation in the first year
• Build the operational structure and kitchen workflow needed to support future expansion to additional operating days and extended hours, in line with the company's targets
• Uphold 4P's values of craftsmanship, hospitality, sustainability, and guest delight
