Sous Chef
MARSANNE IS HIRING — SOUS CHEF OPEN CALL
Marsanne is looking for an experienced, motivated, and reliable Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about food, organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong kitchen leadership experience
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, prep, and service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to supervise and motivate the kitchen team
Ability to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
