Senior ERP/PSA Finance Solutions Specialist (Salesforce Platform)

Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Solutions Specialist with strong experience in enterprise financial management systems, ERP/PSA implementations, and finance process optimization. This role is ideal for a techno‑functional consultant who can bridge business, finance, and technology while partnering directly with senior stakeholders.

You will lead solution design, system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing support for a cloud‑based financial management ecosystem built on the Salesforce platform. This includes driving requirements, architecting scalable solutions, supporting accounting processes, and guiding business teams through change and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with IT controls, security policies, and audit requirements.
• Provide advanced technical support and mentor junior admins or analysts as needed.
• Drive UAT, change management, training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption across business teams.
• Design end‑to‑end ERP/PSA solutions, conduct fit‑gap analysis, and advise on functionality, risks, and implementation approaches.
• Support core accounting processes including time entry, billing, revenue recognition, WIP/backlog reporting, and month‑end close.
• Lead solution architecture for integrations, APIs, data flows, and custom configurations; oversee development and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for finance‑related ERP/PSA modules, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to gather requirements, estimate complexity, and translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering solutions in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe)
• Proficiency with project delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes: Time Entry, Revenue Recognition, Billing, WIP, Backlog, Month‑End Close.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with Certinia PSA or Accounting, or equivalent experience with enterprise ERP/PSA platforms (e.g., Salesforce‑based ERP, NetSuite, SAP, Workday Financials, Oracle Cloud)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience mentoring admins/analysts and coordinating with external vendors or partners.
• Neutral, solution‑oriented mindset focused on business outcomes rather than platform preference.
• Deep knowledge of ERP/PSA modules including project accounting, resource management, financials, time/expense, billing, multi‑currency, and project economics.
