Salary: $135,000-$150,000 + Bonus

We are representing a rapidly expanding Cost Consultancy headquartered in New York, with offices across the US and an impressive portfolio of blue-chip corporate clients. Our client is now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to join their New York office, supporting the delivery of premium commercial fit-out and workplace projects across Manhattan and wider NYC.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering full pre and post-contract cost management services across high-end commercial interiors and workplace fit-out projects.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation, and contract administration

Managing day-to-day commercial oversight of multiple projects

Producing and presenting cost reports to clients and stakeholders

Managing variations, change control, and contractor negotiations

Supporting procurement and tender processes

Conducting monthly valuations and assisting with final accounts

Working closely with Project Managers and wider delivery teams throughout construction phases

Building strong client relationships with leading corporate occupiers and developers

Requirements

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying

Strong pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience

Experience delivering commercial fit-out / workplace / interiors projects

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress within a growing consultancy environment

Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
