Pastor
Seeking a full time pastor for a rural church to lead, shepherd, and grow our church. Cave Springs Baptist Church adheres to the 2000 Baptist Faith & Message adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention.
Expectations are for but not limited to: Reguarlar office hours, visitation with church shut-ins and those that are hospitalized, follow up with prospective members, regular involvement with children & youth ministries, Sunday morning worship sermon, Sunday night sermon, Wednesday evening bible study, and involvement with outreach efforts.
We would like to encourage applicants who have former pastoral experience to apply.
