Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sophisticated coverage analysis and draft coverage opinions.
• Litigate coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts.
• Prepare dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and strategic litigation plans.
• Advise insurers on complex policy interpretation issues across multiple lines.
• Collaborate with senior partners and remote team members to drive efficient, strategic outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4–7 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Strong background in coverage opinions, policy analysis, and DJ actions.
• Must be admitted to practice law in your state.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Self‑directed, proactive, and capable of performing at a high level in a 100% remote environment.
• Interested in a long‑term partner‑track opportunity .
