Executive Assistant – Litigation Practice
A nationally recognized litigation group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support firm operations. This role will primarily assist a senior partner and provide administrative support across a team of 11 attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including conferences and firm-sponsored activities
- Support recruiting processes: schedule interviews, manage feedback, and organize candidate materials
- Provide general administrative support: meeting scheduling, calendar management, document tracking
- Assist with marketing tasks, including website updates and social media posts
- Support onboarding/offboarding, vendor compliance, and Mansfield Rule tracking
- Handle audit letter requests and maintain high standards in all client-facing work
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in administrative or operations roles (legal/professional services preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMS or project management tools a plus
Preferred: Prior experience supporting litigation or patent litigation teams.
