Managed Charging Program Manager
Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years' relevant experience or
-
Master's Degree and 3 years' relevant experience
Preferred Education/Experience
-
Master's Degree and 5 years program management experience 2 years of experience leading or supporting electrification projects, program development, and management
Relevant Work Experience
-
Demonstrated proficiency utilizing analytic tools (Microsoft excel, Power BI, Salesforce, etc.), analyzing information, both technical and financial, and making recommendations based on that information, required.

Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills, required.
-
Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines, required.
-
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to see the big picture as well as attention to detail, required.

Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, required.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with a high degree of curiosity, combined with strong motivation, a bias for action, and a clear sense of ownership, required.

Ability to achieve programmatic targets, effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, and communicate persuasively in support of the programs future vision, required.

Strong negotiation and communication skills to successfully deliver on this roles key priorities, required.

Experience presenting to small and large audiences, preferred

Experience with or knowledge of load management technologies, preferred.

Experience working with local, county, city and state governments, preferred.

Experience working with the Department of Public Service staff and the preparation of regulatory filings, preferred.

Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, ArcGIS, or other database/data visualization tools, preferred.

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
